Can't emphasis this enough. Focus is the key to overcoming these mental problems. Don't let them win. If negative thoughts creep into your head tell them to 'Fuck off!' with as much emotion and power as possible then replace it with the exact opposite e.g 'i suck ' changes to' I'm bloody amazing '.
Give it a go. It'll be tough but you'll start noticing a positive change in a few days. After weeks and months you'll be amazed at how much better you feel on a day to day basis.
Task
1. Write down your negative thoughts
2. Change them to be positive.
3. Read the positive thoughts every morning and before you go to sleep.
