Depression hits us when we stop moving forward in life. It doesn't matter what it is, do something daily, that you can easily track. this momentum will give your life meaning and meaning is the key to beating depression.
Task
1. Learn something new, every day (After you learn something, take a note on your phone, so you don't forget and so you can see you can track your progress).
2. Share something you know (TikTok is perfect if you only have short bursts of knowledge)
3. Write down what you did each day. You'll be able to look back and track your progress whenever you start feeling depressed.
