The Rocco Effect - Qualities

The future belongs to those who learn more skills and combine them in creative ways. - Robert Greene

All too often we focus on what we lack, leading us to feeling useless and depressed.  If focusing on what we lack leads to negative feelings, what would the opposite look like?   I want to train you to focus on what qualities you do have and start feeling pride and joy because of them.  I've listed below qualities a lot of us should have.  Don't let the fact most people have them discourage you, a lot aren't as fortunate and seeing these qualities through their eyes should give you a new respect for how grateful you should be to have them.

I can...  Read, write, draw, walk, run, fight, sing, swim, dance, joke, teach, endure,

I am...  strong, smart, fast, patient, kind, helpful, happy, a good friend, beautiful,

If you struggle ask your friends and family.  They'll often be able to see skills that you've not been able to see.  What qualities do you admire in your friends?  There is a good chance you have those qualities as well.

Bonus - Everything is on loan

Everything is on loan.   Our possessions, our friends, family, even our own lives.  If we're lucky the loan is repaid after we die, but we've all had loans retuned before we where ready or worse, before we were aware it was a loan. Whenever you are in a state of truly loving life remind yourself 'This is all on loan.'  Be grateful and take in all you can, cause one day, memories is all you'll have left.

My Animation Process (Honours - Game Scene)

I just want to show you how much effort i actually put into an animation. And who knows maybe you just might learn something from it all. 1st of the line test.  This helps me picture whats going to happen and lets me test out wether the animations work or not.  Also alot easier to make changes at this stage as its so basic. I then move on to a fleshed out version.  Basically the final version without the details.  This allows me to see how the final version will look and allows me to make any changes before the final version, were it will be much harder to change as there is a-lot more detail in it. I then add some basic colours to show me how it looks coloured.  This allows me to see what changes need to be made to the outlines. And finally the final version.  Cleaned up lines and the final colours.  I wish i had more time to spend on the lines and th...
