We feel proud when we reach our goals, after working really hard on something and achieving what at first looked like it would be impossible. 

Task
1. Look back at all the times you were proud of yourself.
2. write down why you were proud of yourself.
3. Write down 5 things that would make you proud in the future.
4. Break them down into daily tasks and start on them today
