Qualities

What qualities do you have that your proud of? Are you kind, helpful, loyal, honest, courageous, adventurist?  Write as many as you can down.  Read and remind yourself every morning for the next week about how awesome you are.  Close your eyes and remember times you acted the qualities out.  Notice how you feel during this..Notice your posture as well.  Walk out into the world with your shoulders back and feeling , awesome and do 1 thing that  will highlight 1 of your qualities.

Ask better questions

Stop asking yourself 'why is my life so bad?', 'Why does no one like me?' 'Why do I fail at everything?' and focusing on all the crap, Instead ask yourself 'How can I make my life better?' 'What can I do to be more attractive?' 'What are some smaller tasks I can easily win at?' these types of questions will allow you to think of solutions.  Focusing on what you can do to improve and actively moving towards a better future (even if it's slow) will lead to a much happier and more meaningful life. Try it for a few days and notice how you feel after answering these questions.
