The Rocco Effect - Consistincy Bias

Do you want to become the person you've always dreamed of being? of course you do.  

Constancy Bias is a psychological bias everyone has.  It states that we will want to be consistent with what we said we believed in the past.  As a result we should state that we are strong, contagious, beautiful, fun, awesome e.c.t and let the bias take over to make these things true.
