Do you want to become the person you've always dreamed of being? of course you do.   Constancy Bias is a psychological bias everyone has.  It states that we will want to be consistent with what we said we believed in the past.  As a result we should state that we are strong, contagious, beautiful, fun, awesome e.c.t and let the bias take over to make these things true. Do you want your enemies to treat you better?  Try getting them to do you a small favour, failing that, just say 'Thank you for (something they did) that really helped me a lot'.  Who do you help? people you like.  By thanking them for doing favours you are persuading them into believing that they do like you.  Give it a go and share your results in the comment section. Do you want to be less stressed and more calm?  Try taking 10 deep breaths, in through the nose, hold and out through the mouth 3 times a day.  Notice how much calmer you feel after the breaths and how much better you feel overall after a week. Video

We panic when there is no structure in our lives or when something breaks our regular structure.  So if your regular structure has changes take time to plan out a new one.  It will take a while to adjust, but once you do you'll start feeling calmer.  Give it a go and notice how much better your life becomes/ Video

We feel proud when we reach our goals, after working really hard on something and achieving what at first looked like it would be impossible.  Task 1. Look back at all the times you were proud of yourself. 2. write down why you were proud of yourself. 3. Write down 5 things that would make you proud in the future. 4. Break them down into daily tasks and start on them today Video

Wish happiness for others.  It tricks your mid into thinking there's a good reason for it and as a result you start feeling happier, pretty quickly. Task 1. Whenever you see someone think 'I want them to be happy and to have a great day'. 2. Notice how you feel 20 minutes later. Video

When we focus on everything that needs to get done we often burn ourselves out, without doing anything.  Big tasks are draining, but small daily tasks, they're easy.  Break down your goals into small tasks, you can do daily without thinking twice about them. Task 1.Write down what needs done. 2. Write down what small daily tasks you can do, that will eventually lead to the completion of your goals 3. Start working on your daily tasks. Video
