Gratitude - The three A's of Awesome

Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough -
Oprah Winfrey

One of my favorite Ted talks if you're depressed or wanting to avoid depression it's worth checking out.

Task - check out his website (http://1000awesomethings.com)
Then write your own list of things you are grateful for (Even if it's just 1 thing each day). Add to the list, or just read it every morning to make sure you start the day in the right state of mind. The idea is to start to notice just how much you have to be grateful for, If your grateful it's a lot harder to be depressed.
If you can't appreciate what you have you'll never be happy so learn how to appreciate all you have.
