The Rocco Effect - Music Is Hypnotic

One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain. - Bob Marley

The Rocco Effect - Music Is Hypnotic

When we blank out, no longer paying attention to the music on the lyrics, we are in a trance.  Here the music talks to our subconscious and influences how we think, feel and act. You can see this by looking at different groups of fans.  We also hypnotize ourselves by repeating lyrics (What's repeated seems true).  We train ourselves to focus on the lyrics and as we are focused we are much more likely to see similar things in our own lives.

Task

1. What type of life do you want?

2. Does the music you listen to reflect this?

3. What music would help you grow?

4. What lyrics are you focusing on?

5. what would your life look like if you where happier?

Ask better questions

Stop asking yourself 'why is my life so bad?', 'Why does no one like me?' 'Why do I fail at everything?' and focusing on all the crap, Instead ask yourself 'How can I make my life better?' 'What can I do to be more attractive?' 'What are some smaller tasks I can easily win at?' these types of questions will allow you to think of solutions.  Focusing on what you can do to improve and actively moving towards a better future (even if it's slow) will lead to a much happier and more meaningful life. Try it for a few days and notice how you feel after answering these questions.

The Rocco Effect - Staying Sane

We panic when there is no structure in our lives or when something breaks our regular structure.  So if your regular structure has changes take time to plan out a new one.  It will take a while to adjust, but once you do you'll start feeling calmer.  Give it a go and notice how much better your life becomes/ Video
